Return & Refund Policy

Refund: All products purchased from KLFFLGID are eligible for a 30-day return policy. If the returned product differs from the received product or has manufacturer defects, a full refund can be issued. The refund guarantee will take effect from the date you can track the FedEx delivery online with the FedEx tracking number. If you have any special circumstances, please let us know.

Guarantee: All items under KLFFLGID come with a 45-day limited warranty under any conditions.

Covered: KLFFLGID warranty includes manufacturer defects or replacement of the entire garment. We do not cover shipping costs, insurance fees, or shipping costs from the customer to us.

Not Covered: The warranty does not cover clothes that have been worn or washed. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to items that have no faults but you are dissatisfied with. However, we can still discuss based on the actual situation, please contact us. To ensure a quick and smooth warranty process, please include your receipt, including your order number, SKU number, or product name. All defective items under the 30-day return ticket and 45-day limited warranty should be returned to our warehouse. After the product is returned, we will refund or resend it to you, and the cost will be borne by us. If you have selected the wrong size, please email us stating the size you filled out and the size you ordered. If the accessory is too small or too large, please let us know. We will respond and process as soon as possible.
